[ಮೂಲೊನು ಸಂಪೊಲಿಪುಲೆ]ಅ್ ụ ತುಳು ವರ್ಣಮಾಲೆದ ಒಂಜಿ ವಿಸೇಸೊ ಅಕ್ಷರೊ. ತುಟಿಲೆನ್ ಉರುಂಟು ಮಲ್ಪಂದೆ ಉಕಾರೊನು ಪನ್ಪುನ ರೀತಿಡ್ ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸವುನ ಸಂವೃತ ಸ್ವರೊದ ಸಂಕೇತೊ. ಪದಮದ್ಯೊ ಬುಕ್ಕೊ ಪದೊ ನಡೂಟು ಎಚ್ಚ ಬಳಕೆ. ಪದೊತ ಸುರುಟು ಉತ್ತರೊದ ಪಾತೆರೊಡು ನಿಗಂಟಾದ್ ತೆಂಕಾಯಿದ ಪಾತೆರೊಡು ಬುಕ್ಕೊ ತುಳು ಭಾಗವತೊ ಅತ್ತಂದೆ ಕಾವೇರಿಡ್ ಎಚ್ಚಾದ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಗೊ ಆತ್ಂಡ್.

In the initial position, it is restricted to a few words in N dialects. Still, it occurs in more words in N dialects as well as in the Tulu Bhaagavato and Kaaveeri.
